Best Dickies Men's Fleece Lined Hooded Jacket Under $50
This jacket is warm with its liner and wind resistant shell. The sleeves are lined and covered with polyester so they don't stick to your shirt when putting the jacket on or taking it off. It has a longer length so it covers your butt if you're short like me (5'3"). I got a large and it is very roomy for me. I like my clothes to fit a little lose. The elastic wrists keep the sleeves pushed up. I can also tuck my hands inside the sleeves if they get cold. I also use this jacket to layer under my winter jacket when it is extremely cold out.
